DELIVERIES
Customers will be notified of delivery Date and Time 2 to 3 weeks prior to orders being prepared. Whilst we make every effort to deliver on time, circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from meeting our obligation. Customers will be notified if there is a delivery problem and alternative arrangements will be made.
REFRIGERATION
Orders will be delivered in a refrigerated truck or van. All orders must be refrigerated upon delivery and maintained at a constant temperature below 5 degrees.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATION
Customers have an obligation to honour their commitment to receive deliveries at the times specified. These times and dates will be pre-arranged. Failure to have an authorized person present to collect the order may incur and extra charge. Another delivery at short notice will depend on availability of refrigerated truck.
If an order is packaged for more than one family, the delivery will be made to one nominated address only.
The web site specifies various cooking methods for each cut of meat. Customers must use the correct cooking methods as part of our quality assurance program.
COMPLAINTS
M.S.A.(MEAT STANDARDS AUSTRALIA) guarantees the products we sell that carry the M.S.A. Trademark. Any complaints regarding the quality of the meat will be dealt with using the official M.S.A. Customer Complaint Form and will be investigated and handled as swiftly as possible.
